McAllen ~ With heavy hearts, we share the passing of our Mother, Rosita Sanchez at the age of 95. She was surrounded by her loving family.
She was the anchor of our family, our rock and mentor. She was the head of five generations. By example she showed us to love, forgive and not hold grudges, to always make time for those we love and to help people in need.
Our Mom had no greater joy than her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, family and friends.
Our Mom was a God fearing woman and she didn't have to say it because her actions spoke for themselves. We will do our best to continue her work of making this world a better place.
Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us by having her in our lives.
Though our hearts are broken, we find comfort knowing that she is now resting in peace and walking the streets of gold with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Thank you all for your prayers and words of comfort. God bless you.
She is survived by her children: Mary Rodriguez (Abel), Alicia Olivarez (Juan), Eduardo Sanchez (Maria), Alicia Olivarez (Juan), Mary Cantu (Fernando), Herman Sanchez (Belia), Tony Sanchez (Evelyn), Jaime Sanchez, Sylvia Sanchez-Garza, Yvonne Garza; 26 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
