Melinda Marie Romero, 43, entered eternal rest Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at her home in Mission,Texas. Melinda was born October 4, 1978 in Powel, Wyoming to John Romero and Ramona Montanez Romero. Melinda was a resident of Mission for the past 13 years.  Melinda was preceded in death by her parents.

Melinda would love to shop a lot, and hang out around a lot of people for company. She was a loving and caring person. Melinda lived life to its fullest. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Left to cherish her memory are her beloved family; Her children- Derik Romero, Ernesto Romero, Luis Romero, Sarah Romero, Marcey Romero; Her Siblings- John Romero, Frances Flores, Felipe Romero, and Monica Long.

A viewing will be Sunday, April 24, 2022 at Rivera Funeral Home,1813 N. Conway in MIssion from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm where a memorial service will take place at 6:00 pm. Melinda's funeral and burial will take place in her birthplace of Powell, Wyoming.
