Miguel Angel Cantu

Miguel Angel Cantu, 79, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, July 22, 2025 at South Texas Health System Edinburg. He was born on Thursday, April 11, 1946, the son of Carlos Cantu and Ninfa Garcia.

He is survived by five sons: Severo, Rafael, Jorge, Cristobal, and Miguel A. Cantu; five sisters: Herminia Bernal, Margarita Salas, Martha Martinez, Guadalupe Flores and Ninfa "Ala" Martinez; three brothers, Armando Cantu, Salvador Cantu, and  Reynaldo Cantu; numerous grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm Sunday, July 27, 2025 With a Memorial Service at 7P:00 pm at Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen.

Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen.
