Mr. Guadalupe Hernandez

McAllen ~ Guadalupe Hernandez, 47, entered eternal rest on Sunday, September 26, 2021 at McAllen Medical Center. He was born on Sunday, November 4, 1973 in Pharr, Texas, the son of Alejandro and Maria de la Luz (Gil) Hernandez. Mr. Hernandez was a resident of McAllen for the last 29 years. He worked in construction and when he was not working he enjoyed playing billiards, spending time with his family and barbecuing. 

He is survived by his loving wife of 27 years: Maria C. Hernandez; four children: Angelica Guadalupe Hernandez, Alejandra Carolina Hernandez, Raul Alejandro Hernandez and Saul Alfredo Hernandez; three brothers: Reyes Hernandez, Alejandro Hernandez, and Raymundo Hernandez.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at Rivera Funeral Home in McAllen where a Prayer Service will be held at 6:00 pm followed by the recital of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 pm. Services have been entrusted to the care of Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen.
