Mrs Guadalupe Flores,82, entered eternal rest Monday, April 19, 2021 at the Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen, Texas. Mrs Guadalupe was born February 17, 1939 in Mexico to Herculano and Celia(Gonzalez) Flores. Guadalupe truly enjoyed life to its fullest. She lived in Arizona for about 15 years before moving to Texas and making Edinburg,Texas her residence for the past 7 years. She has relatives all over Arizona and Texas. She loved the out doors and spending time with her family. Guadalupe was a devout Jehovah's Witness. She will be dearly missed by her family but will forever live in their hearts.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Guadalupe is survived by her beloved children; Rigoberto Flores, Blanca Villarreal, Gabriela Chavez, Olga Leticia Chavez, Gabriel Chavez; Her Siblings- Rodolfo Flores and Maria Del Refugio Becerra; Numerous of grandchildren.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and keeping with social distancing orders, all necessary restrictions will be observed in order to protect the health and safety of those in attendance. Wear face coverings while inside building. Continue to practice social distancing while inside the funeral home chapel. We continue to ask that those at risk or those not feeling well stay home and reach out to the family through our obituary page.

A gathering of family and friends will be Saturday, April 24, 2021 from 12:00 Noon to 5:00 pm with a Celebration of Life service to begin at 1:00 pm at Rivera Funeral Home,1901 Pecan Blvd in McAllen.
