Noemi Garcia

Noemi Garcia, 74, entered eternal rest on Saturday, April 12, 2025 at South Texas Health System in McAllen. She was born on Tuesday, June 20, 1950 in McAllen, Texas, the daughter of Pablo Torres Sr. and Dominga Torres Acevedo. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband: Francisco Baldemar Garcia.

She is survived by her children: Rebeca Garcia, Francisco Garcia, Armando Garcia, Jesus Daniel Garcia, and Dahlia Montgomery; 10 grandchildren; her siblings: Pablo Torres Jr., David Torres, George Torres Sr., Juan Torres, Gloria Torres and Ramiro Torres. 

Visitations will be held from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 with the recital of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 pm at Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen. Celebration of Life Mass will be held at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in McAllen. Interment to follow at 1:00 pm at Valley Memorial Gardens in Mission.
