Oscar Oropeza Barba,82, passed away peacefully February 18, 2021 at the McAllen Medical Hospital. Oscar was born Feb.10, 1939 in Mexico to Jesus and Luisa (Barba) Oropeza. Oscar lived in McAllen for most of his life. He enjoyed life to its fullest. He loved being and spending time with family.

Oscar is survived by his beloved wife Maria Emma Oropeza; His sons- Orlando an Oscar; Siblings- Manuel Oswaldo and Socorro.

Viewing will be Monday February 22, 2021 at Rivera Funeral Home, 1901 Pecan Blvd in McAllen from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm with the rosary being prayed at 6:30 PM.

Funeral arrangements are being handled by Rivera Funeral Home in McAllen.
