Pedro Flores

Pedro L. Flores, a loving husband, father, and grandfather, passed away peacefully on April 18, 2023, in McAllen, Texas. Born on September 10, 1936, in Mexico, Pedro was a kind and intelligent man who touched the lives of many with his warm smile and gentle spirit.

Pedro is survived by his devoted wife of 65 years, Oralia Flores, and their eleven children: Rita Wandro, Jessica Rodriguez, Sylvia Arjona, Yolanda Guerrero, Martin Flores, Pedro Flores, Andres Flores, Oralia Garcia, Adrian Flores, Elvia Taylor, and Israel Flores. He was a proud grandfather and great-grandfather who cherished the time he spent with his family.

Pedro was a skilled carpenter who took great pride in his work. He was known for his attention to detail and his ability to create beautiful pieces of furniture that will be treasured by his family for generations to come. In addition to his work as a carpenter, Pedro also enjoyed selling various items at the local flea market.

As we remember Pedro L. Flores, we celebrate a life well-lived and a legacy that will continue to inspire future generations. His loving spirit, intelligence, and kindness will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Visitation will be Friday, April 21, 2023 at Rivera Funeral Home,1901 Pecan Blvd in McAllen from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
