Pedro Gonzalez

Alton ~ Pedro Gonzalez, 72, entered eternal rest on Saturday April 19, 2025 at DHR Health Hospice in Edinburg. He was born on Sunday June 29, 1952 in Abasolo, Tamaulipas, Mexico the son of Pedro Gonzalez and Josefa Palacios. 

He is survived by his loving wife: Maria Elida Gonzalez; his children: Pedro Gonzalez, Jr., Juan Domingo Gonzalez and Maribel Gonzalez; siblings: Maria Gloria Martinez, Gregorio Gonzalez, Homero Gonzalez, Salome Gonzalez and San Juana Barrera; 12 grandchildren and 2 ggreat-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm Wednesday, April 23, 2025 with the Holy Rosary being recited at 7:00 pm at Rivera Funeral Home, LLC, 1813 N. Conway Ave., Mission. Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, April 24, 2025 at Rivera Funeral Home, LLC 1813 N. Conway Ave., Mission. Interment will follow at 2:00 pm Garden of Angels Cemetery in Mission.

Service arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Rivera Funeral Home of Mission.
