Rafael is survived by his loving WIfe: Diane (Juarez) Guizar; Children: Rafael Ricardo Guizar, Roberto Rolando Guizar and Diana Patricia Guizar; Siblings: Rick Guizar Molly Guizar, Ester Guizar and Oly Guizar. He is also survived by 6 loving Grandchildren.
