Raquel Martinez,60, passed away peacefully February 14, 2020 at the McAllen Medical Hospital surrounded by her family. She was born March 29, 1959 in San Luis Potosi, Mexico to Roberto and Teresa Martinez. Raquel was a resident of McAllen for many years. Raquel will be early missed by her family and those that came to know her.

Raquel is survived by her Children- Nancy Vianey Reyes Martinez Noelia Reyes Martinez, Kimberly Martinez, Martha Patricia Martinez; Siblings- Manuel Mendez, Amelia Mendez, Juan Mendez, Rosa Martinez, Alicia Martinez, Efrain Martinez, Elona Martinez, Rigoberto Martinez, Maria Cantu; Four grandchildren- ashley,Octavio,Arturo, and Jorge.

Viewing was Sunday February 16, 2020 at Rivera Funeral Home,1901 Pecan Blvd. in McAllen. Funeral services were Monday, February 17, 2020 at 10:00 am at the funeral home chapel. Interment followed to La Piedad cemetery in McAllen.
