Rebecca Mier Acosta

Pharr ~ With a humble, open,  and attentive heart to God's will, we accept and announce the passing of Rebecca Mier de Acosta; 81 on July 30, 2024.

Rebecca was a beloved wife, mother, sister, cousin, grandmother, great-grandmother and aunt to various families in San Antonio, the Rio Grande Valley, and Monterrey, N.L. Mexico that will greatly miss her.

Rebecca will also be missed by many friends accumulated thru various jobs and business ventures.

She is survived by her children: F. Xavier Acosta Jr. (Lupita), Erick D. Acosta, Victor M. Acosta(Janie), Jannette J. Olguin (Jessie), Cynthia Acosta, Ivan A.Acosta; grandchildren: Victor M. Acosta Jr. (Celica), Jannelle A.Olguin (Rafa), F. Xavier Acosta III (Denise), Daniella N.Olguin (Rob), Ivan A.Acosta, Diego A. Acosta Lopez, Sydney I. Acosta, and Sofia L. Acosta; great-grandchild: Enzo X. Quezada. 

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 2, 2024 at Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen.
