Richard Lee Jones

Richard Lee Jones Sr. of San Antonio, Texas passed away on March 3, 2022 at the age of 71 born in Shreveport, LA. Rick attended Monahans High School when he joined the United States Marine Corps. Rick was involved with the motorcycle club, Dragonslayers McAllen Chapter.

Rick was preceded in death by his father; J.C. Jones, mother Bonnie R. Cummings, brothers Donald R. Jones, and Douglas M. Jones.

Rick was survived by his wife Susana Jones, his children Richard L. Jones II, Kevin R. Jones, Kimberly M. Lozano (Jorge), Jeffrey B. Ayala, Brandy Ayala, Jeremy L. Jones (Taiz), 9 grandchildren, sisters Jean Carol Jones, Pam Behrmann (Ronald), and brother Armand Randy Jones (Deborah).

Family and friends are invited to attend Rivera Funeral Home at 1901 Pecan Blvd, McAllen, TX 78501 on Saturday March 26, 2022 between 1 pm - 5 pm.

In lieu of flowers, please consider supporting your local Dragonslayers Chapter. No flowers will be allowed at the service. Rick was a great man, husband, father, and grandfather to those around him. He will be deeply missed.
