Rina Macias Chavez

McAllen ~ Rina Macias Chavez, 90, entered into eternal rest peacefully at home on Thursday April 17, 2025.  She was born on Friday May 11, 1934 in Ecuador, the daughter of  Segundo Pedro Macias Cantos and Maria Salome Chavez Bailon.                    

Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm Tuesday, April 22, 2025 with the Holy Rosary at 7:00 pm at Rivera Funeral Home, 1901 Pecan Blvd., McAllen. Chapel Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen. Entombment will follow at Roselawn Cemetery and Mausoleum, 1201 S. Main St., McAllen. 

Services have been entrusted to the care of Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen.
