McAllen ~ Robert Meave, 68, entered eternal rest on Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at McAllen Medical Center. He was born on Sunday, June 22, 1952 in Weslaco. He loved playing the drums since he was four years old. Robert loved music and the Dallas Cowboys. He also enjoyed watching TV and his favorite movies on DVR. He loved to eat out with his family and friends.
He is survived by his loving wife: Guadalupe A. Meave; son: Robert Meave, Jr.; daughter: Karrisa Velda Meave; grandchildren: Hannah, Robert, Isabella, Michael, William, Elvis, Angelina, and Robert Christopher; two great-grandchildren: Aaron and Ameelea; siblings: Fina Rodriguez, Juan Jose Meave, Marcela Ayala, Guadalupe, Meave, and Rene Meave.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 with the recital of the Holy Rosary at 6:30 pm at Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen. Service arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Rivera Funeral Home in McAllen.
