Roberto Carlos Montalvo

Roberto Carlos Montalvo, 34, of San Juan, Texas, entered eternal rest on Thursday, July 30, 2026. Roberto was born on June 4, 1992, in McAllen, Texas. He is preceded in death by his Father: Pedro Montalvo. He will be remembered for the love he had for his family and the memories they will forever cherish.

Roberto is survived by his loving Mother: Ana Maria Rangel; his Siblings: Felipe Rojas, Aileen Rojas, David Rangel, Ana Baez, Carolina Baez, and Daniel Baez; his Grandmother: Dolores Rangel; his Aunt: Linda Rangel; as well as numerous extended family members and friends who will deeply miss him.

Family and friends will gather to honor Roberto’s life during a visitation on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with the Holy Rosary to be recited at 6:00 p.m. at Rivera Funeral Home in McAllen. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Pharr.  Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Pharr.
