Samuel Rodriguez

McAllen ~ Samuel Rodriguez, 78, entered into eternal rest on Friday, June 20, 2025 at South Texas Health System McAllen. He was born on Sunday, April 13, 1947 in McAllen, TX, the son of Fernando Rodriguez and Herlinda Mata.

He is survived by his wife: Rosa Esquivel; siblings: Fernando Rodriguez, Jr., Yolanda Sanchez, Jose Rodriguez, Herlinda Rocha, Eduardo Rodriguez, Jesse Rodriguez, David Rodriguez and Rudy Rodriguez.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 pm to 5 pm on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at Rivera Funeral Home, 1901 Pecan Blvd., McAllen with a service at 2:00 pm and Military Honors at 4 pm. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen.
