Sandra De Luna

McAllen ~ Sandra De Luna, 65, passed away peacefully on November 23, 2025, at home surrounded by her loving family in McAllen. Born on September 13, 1960, Sandra's life was a testament to the power of compassion and dedication

Her family was the cornerstone of her life, and she leaves behind a legacy of love in her children: Rogelio De Luna Jr., Juan Jose De Luna, and Jesus De Luna; her daughter-in-law, Karla Perez, and her adored grandchildren: Kaitlyn, Karla, and Rogelio De Luna, who will carry forward her warmth and generosity.

Sandra lived in McAllen for 23 years. Her faith was a guiding force throughout her life. As a devout Catholic, she was a of St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church. She worked for McAllen ISD for many years.

Her memory will be cherished and celebrated with a viewing on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, from 4 pm to 9 pm, with a Holy Rosary at 7 pm at Rivera Funeral Home, 1901 Pecan Blvd., McAllen. A Funeral Mass will be held in her honor at 10 am on Wednesday, November 26, 2025 at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, 900 S. 23rd St., McAllen.. Sandra will be laid to rest at Roselawn Cemetery, 1201 S. Main St., McAllen.

In her passing, Sandra leaves behind a world that she made brighter with her presence. Her legacy of kindness and love will live on in the hearts of her family, friends, and all who were graced by her gentle soul.
