Sonia Aguirre

McAllen ~ Sonia Aguirre, 53, entered eternal rest on Saturday May 28, 2022 at Main Methodist Hospital in San Antonio. She was born on Saturday May 24, 1969 in McAllen, TX, the daughter of Fernando and Ofelia (Magallan) Aguirre. 

She is survived by her children: Priscilla Ashley Angulo of McAllen and Daniel (Pamela Ramirez) Angulo of Mission; siblings: Fernando  Aquirre Jr. of McAllen, Raymond (Rose) Aquirre of Donna, Jacqueline (Eleazar Acosta) Aquirre of McAllen and Jessica Aquirre of McAllen.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Thursday, June 9, 2022 with a Prayer Srvice at 7:00 pm at Rivera Funeral Home, 1813 N. Conway Ave., Mission, Texas. Chapel Service will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, June 10, 2022 at Rivera Funeral Home, 1813 N. Conway Ave., Mission, Texas. Interment will follow at La Piedad Cemetery, 1801 Wichita Ave., McAllen, Texas. Service arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Rivera Funeral Home of Mission.
